Burl G10 – a new material from Current Composites Inc, proudly made in the USA.  Combination of colours that are set into fiberglass sheets – it creates some unique patterns available in some great colour combinations.

Advantages:

Extremely hardwearing

Impervious to most chemicals/blood/food etc

Grippy compared to Kirinite/Other Composites

Each piece is unique – the pattern in each piece can’t be replicated

Machining Guide:-

Can be cut with bandsaw, jigsaw etc.

Can be shaped with files, rasps, sanding blocks or abrasive belts (Alu-Oxide)

Can be polished with paper and compound with buffing wheel

*Always use appropriate respirators when working with any G10/Wood/Resin Product – any voids can be filled with CA glue (Super glue)*
